A restaurant group operating in Geneva and Lausanne was making a growing share of its revenue through delivery platforms. Convenient at first, the channel was expensive and it kept the brand away from its own customers.
Every order came with a commission.
- 01
A commission taken on every order placed through third-party platforms.
- 02
No usable customer data: the relationship belonged to the platform.
- 03
Operations split across locations, tablets and point-of-sale tools.
Taking back control of the sales channel.
We designed a complete ecosystem under the restaurant’s brand: ordering on web and mobile, delivery and pick-up, payment, loyalty and a single back office for every location.
Your brand
An ordering experience that extends the restaurant’s identity and hospitality.
Your customers
Accounts, history and loyalty: every order strengthens the relationship.
Your margins
No percentage taken on sales, only payment fees.
Warm like the dining room, fast like the service.
Cream and brown palette, food photography, generous typography: the interface carries the restaurant’s atmosphere. The mobile journey goes from dish to payment in a few taps, then tracks the order to the door.
One platform, three interfaces.
Ordering site, mobile app and back office share the same real-time database. Payment runs on Stripe, delivery on zones and time slots computed with Google Maps, and each location keeps its own menus and opening hours.

What changed.
Zero commission
Direct orders no longer pay a percentage to an intermediary.
A direct relationship
Customer accounts, loyalty and reminders now belong to the restaurant.
Unified steering
Orders, menus and performance of all three locations in a single back office.
Interfaces
Interfaces are shown with a demonstration identity (Lume).
