Protecting your data is part of our commitment to precision. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data controller is ORYXIA, a digital studio based in Switzerland. For any question about your data, write to us at the address given in the Contact section below.

02Data collected

Contact form: name, company, email address, phone (optional), project type, indicative budget and message.

Technical data: server logs (truncated IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time) needed for the security and proper operation of the site.

We do not use advertising cookies. The site may use anonymised audience measurement, without profiling.

03Purposes

Replying to your requests and preparing a possible proposal.

Ensuring the security, availability and improvement of the site.

Complying with our legal obligations.

04Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of your request (pre-contractual measures), our legitimate interest in securing the site and, where relevant, your consent.

05Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our technical providers (website hosting, email delivery service), bound by confidentiality and security commitments.

When data is transferred outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

06Retention

Contact requests are kept for at most 24 months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship follows. Technical logs are kept for a limited period necessary for security.

You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

08Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and recognised providers.
